  • Subscriptions: Boxes ship within 7 days of each renewal date.

  • Bulk Orders: For orders of 3 or more episodes, please allow extra processing time—typically an additional 2–3 business days.

  • Holidays & Peak Times: During the holiday season or major launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!

If you have a specific delivery date in mind (e.g., for a party or gift), please leave a note in the Special Instructions at checkout. We’ll do our best to meet your deadline!

2. Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

  • We primarily ship via USPS, but may use other carriers depending on delivery speed and efficiency.

3. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your package is on its way.

If your package is lost, damaged, or not delivered as expected:
