Refund Policy

At A Killing Affair, each mystery is custom-crafted to deliver an immersive experience filled with storylines, evidence, and surprises. Because of the nature of our games—where content can be revealed or spoiled—we do not offer refunds on any purchase.

🚫 All Sales Are Final

Once a game is shipped, all sales are final, including:

  • Subscription boxes

  • Single-episode mysteries

  • Multi-episode collections

  • Premium or deluxe packages

📦 Damaged or Missing Items?

If your game arrives damaged or something is missing, please reach out within 30 days of delivery. Email us at info@akillingaffair.com with your:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll will provide whats missing and replace what’s needed—quickly and at no cost to you.

🔄 Incorrect Orders or Fulfillment Errors

If we shipped the wrong product or missed something in your order, we’ll make it right. Just email us and we’ll send the correct items ASAP.  No need to return the incorrect shipment. 

💡 Change of Mind or Timing

We understand that plans change, but we’re unable to offer refunds for:

  • Changing your mind

  • Receiving the game later than expected

  • Gifting regrets or unplayed boxes

Once your order is placed, we begin preparing your case and reserve that inventory just for you
